These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services operated by ScalePath OÜ (“ScalePath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• “Services” refers to all websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, IoT products, and digital services operated by ScalePath OÜ.
• “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
• “Content” refers to all text, data, graphics, and materials available through our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any other user from using the Services.

You agree not to:

Where our Services allow you to submit content, you retain ownership of that content but grant ScalePath a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process it for the purpose of operating the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content.

ScalePath operates a portfolio of ventures, including Agrivate, Buddystat, and Menuvi, each of which may have its own terms and policies. Your use of those products is additionally governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services linked from our website.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScalePath OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScalePath OÜ, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
